Return Process

  Log into your Grove account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring liquids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
